HUI-STYLE

 

The inspiration of this collection is  Hui-style architecture, a traditional Chinese architecture, which is located in Huizhou in southeastern China. The design style of this collection will focus on colors, shapes and textures.

 

Hui-style architecture features the black tiles and white walls, surrounded by high walls shaped like horse heads. The contrast colors and special shapes of Hui architecture impress people with an elegant sense of beauty. I plan to combine simple silhouettes with complicated embellishments. Boxy and voluminous silhouettes are the things that  I want to acuate in this collection.
